This seems to be a pop question - “How about Beijing’s Weather?” This is a question that I get asked more than any other.

There are four seasons, a year is comprised of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, and they are widely different from each other.

The characteristics of the four seasons in Beijing: it’s windy in spring, very hot in summer, dust storms in autumn, and “not very cold” in winter.

I collected the last month’s temperature daily and draw a statistical graphical here:

Beijing Temperature Daily of December 2007

From this study, it will be readily seen that the temperature December is at about zero degrees centigrade. The lowest temperature is 6 degrees below zero centigrade, and the highest temperature is 8 degrees centigrade.

December and January are the coldest months of the year in Beijing, January is colder than December. But the winter bacame hotter in recent years, we named it “mild winter”, because more and more cars are on the road causes serious problems such as global warming.

I will blogging the temperature daily of January in the next month.
