White dew day (Bai Lu), because temperature become lower and lower, the small water balls will be appeared on the plants’ leaves in the morning. So this day named White Dew Day (Bai Lu).

Customs - People will drink BaiLu tea and BaiLu spirit in this solar term, but these two drinks uncommon today. In acient, there is another custom in Bailu day, cricket fighting, it also disappeared today. In modern, white dew is not important solar term, so people usually forget this day.

2011 White Dew day is on Sep 8th.
2012 White Dew day is on Sep 7th.
