Rechargeable Battery Rose From The Dead

This entry was posted on Saturday, December 15th, 2007.

My mother asked me why her mobile often shutdown automatically, I checked her mobile and found the answer, the trouble is in the battery. Her mobile was bought two years ago, and the battery does not function now.

This is common in digital devices (laptop, mobile, camera, etc), the battery will be lost function one or two years later. My laptop's battery has the same problem, it could provide four hours' power two years ago, but it is less than one hour now.

How to renewed battery? I searched and found a trick. This is an useful trick and very simply, I have tried it, the result gives me great satisfaction, so I share the trick for you.

First, fold the battery up in paper, very absorbent, as toilet paper or napkins.

Second, put the package into the refrigeration for three or four days. The object of the first step is against humidity.

Third, take out the package from the refrigeration, and place it in the room two or three days.

Now, the battery's power is restored :D

PS: Be careful your battery, there is a news about the battery explosion, Phone battery explosion caused the death of one person.

This is an interesting trick. I think I want to try it too for my Dopod PDA battery that seems to deplete its energy too fast nowadays. My digital camera suffers from it too, so I will be busy squeezing the life out of these batteries if this works. Thanks for the tip.
