My Mother Likes Chinese Martial Arts Very Much

I was going for a walk with my mother afternoon, and we went to a hill
nearby my home. My other goes to the hill everyday, but it's the first
for me. There is few people on the hill, it is a quite space. My mother
likes the space very much, she likes exericise at there.

My mother likes Chinese Martial Arts, she learned many boxing, for example, shadow boxing, shaolin boxing, etc.

This Chinese discipline is used as a physical fit ness
programmed. This sport are popular terms that have become synonymous
with Chinese martial arts. However, the Chinese terms kung fu and wushu
have very distinct connotations. Each term can describe different
martial arts traditions and can also be used in a context without
referencing martial arts.

I took serval dozens photos when my mother was exericising,
then picked eight photos and upload them to Flickr. You can watching
them at my Flickr:

Of course, you will finding two photos about my Wushu Pose :D

I think martial arts is a well respected form of self endorance and mental stabilty. It seem to put the body though great changes of spiritual guidance and completeing mind control. Many people look at matial arts as another form of beating an opponent, which is true in some asspect. But it more relivance to the story of self presivation then meets the eye.
