"Se, jie", named as "Lust, Caution" in English, is a movie that rated NC-17 for some explicit sexuality and rated R for strong sexual content and a scene of brutal violence. So, if you are younger than 17 years old, please close this page now.

The story is set in Hong Kong and Shanghai in 1938, it is far more effective by presenting history with beautiful, stark honesty. I saw Lust Caution today and learned about the style of clothing, building, people's belief and opinion of 1940s.

I think no one was able to take initiative and control of their lives. Whether Wang Jiazhi or Mr. Yi, they were condemned to live alone. The soul was plagued in times of difficulty, the connotation and violence relate to the loneliness and wreck.

Read the negative reviews by someone else's: "sleepy, musty period drama about wartime maneuvers, bedroom calisthenics", "war, sex, zzzz", and so on.

The plot of playing majong is the most amusing plot, there about half content describing majong in the original text, there are a lot of intimations and secret words.
