Huailai is a county in the Hebei province of northern China, under the administration of Zhangjiakou prefecture-level city.
The county is famous of grape, wine and historelic in Hebei province, about two hours drive from Beijing, near Badaling Great Wall area.
On both sides of the road, there are many local farmers are selling the local specialties, these specialties are their own cultivation, for example, grapes, plums, chestnuts, jujube, walnuts, etc.
Huailai County is a center for grape wine production, with the China Great Wall Wine Company, Ltd. headquartered in the town of Shacheng. Huailai Tianyuan Special Type Glass Co., Ltd. is also located in Huailai County.
