Foreigners in China - Dom and His T-shirt Shop

Nan Luogu Xiang[1] is a famous street in Beijing, there are a lot of bars and shops, there is an interesting shop , T-shirt 8, this shop’s owner is an English man, his named Dom and his Chinese name is Jiang Haisen[2].

Jiang Haisen came China about 14 years ago, and loved Beijing, then, he decided in Beijing settle down. After that, he lived nearby Nanluogu Street, and started his Beijing Life. Now, his wife and two lovely daughters are together with him.

When Jiang was just came China, he worked at Motorola, then he started his own T-shirt store, the T-shirts’ Logos are all designed by himself, and the Logos are all about Beijing. For example, Beijing’s drink, Beijing’s building, and Subway’s Logo of Beijing, etc.

These T-shirts’ Logos are very interesting, so Jiang was invited to television station to make popular shows. It helps Jiang and his store more famous.

Jiang’s business is better and better now, he created his second store in Shang Hai just now, but he said he feel a few tired, but he have to, however, do more and better for his stores, because the school fees of his daughters is too dear.

Jiang said the development of Beijing too quick, his inspiration - T-shirt’s Logo creates of the speed can not keep up with, for example, the taxi’s price was RMB 1.2 per kilometer, but now is RMB 2.0 per kilometer[3], so he have to changing the Logos.
