No houses were unstable, but the house is too expensive in Beijing, that ordinary workers can not be accepted. Perhaps worked hard for a lifetime, the wage was only saved up to buy a house. And I just started working, the house is a beautiful dream.
In Beijing, prices will be in an ordinary house lots 6,000 RMB / square meters above, if it is a busy section, prices will be as high as 10,000 RMB/ square meters or more. It appears that a 60 square meters house on at least 360,000 RMB, plus the cost of renovation, a total of 400,000 RMB needed!
The past few years, Beijing’s housing prices rising, but still have a lot of people to buy houses in Beijing, as Beijing is the capital of China.
